I have joined Steelcase Brazil in January 1996 as a designer and quickly became a product and marketing manager, responsible for the launch of new products from it conceptualization to engineering and marketing. It included photo-shoot, collateral , launch event , trade-shows and advertising. As the business expanded, I took responsibility also for the Argentina and Chile markets operated by dealers.
My main accomplishment was the evaluation and launch of QUID, an open space panel based system originally developed by Steelcase Spain and adapted to the South American market by creating new work surface shapes and configurations. This project concluded my cycle at Steelcase in September 2001.
